Teacher appreciation week

My oldest is in pre-k and it is my first time making a gift for teacher appreciation week.  Last week we raided my craft room and found two small pink pots I bought last year on clearance for $0.50 each.  We placed letter stickers on them to spell her teacher and teacher assistant's names.  I then took them outside and spray painted them with some chalkboard paint that I had on hand.  Once dry we removed the stickers, added a flower (btw I do NOT have a green thumb and luckily the teachers will receive these soon to take care of) and then my daughter Katie made a heart (for love) and signed her name in chalk.
I then looked online and found the most adorable free printable from Living Locurto that said "Thank you for helping me grow this year"!  I added it to a stick with a little tape and done!
I love that they will be able to remove the Love Katie and use their own chalk later for different things like these:
